Girls- What's the most you would pay for a purse? Shoes? Boots?

I've never paid over $60 for shoes, but I might if I found a really great pair. Bags, I generally don't care for designer bags, I would spend a bit on a nice leather one, but I don't usually have a lot of money laying around for that kind of thing so I wouldn't spend more than about $100.

It's funny. I see purses that I love that are upwards of $200 and $300. I actually received a Dooney & Burke purse which, I think, went for almost $200. It's a large bag and I only use it in the winter, but I would NEVER have spent my own money for it. I, like you, have a hard time parting with money on purses, shoes and boots. If I'm given a gift certificate or something, I will use it to buy the more expensive item. Personally, I spend maybe $20 for a purse, no more than $65 for shoes or boots.
omg my cousins buy designer purses and i think it is pathetic..yeah i don't use purses but i spend about a $100 on shoes.

ha i'm a major thrift store junkie i check goodwill alot i hate paying alot mainly i spend money on music and entertainment.I bought my converse for about 59$ and vans for 40$ i got the vans from on-line on sale.Boots i don't have a pair i would pay like what 20 something bucks.I also have a pair of worn out sneakers no label name thanks to goodwill the were like 4$.Purse? i don't know if this counts has a purse i have like 2 messenger bags that were 24$.Um.. i don't know i'm pretty cheap:).

How much I would spend of my own money is different from how much I would spend of my man's money (just because he has more). I have never paid more than 100 for boots or shoes. And purses, no more than 30.
My boyfriend just bought me a 300 dollar purse. I LOVE it, but I would have never bought it for myself.
