They don't put flouride in their water, like Americans. Flouride strengthens teeth.
This has a lot to do with the vanity and money of our population. Every time you take a drink, your teeth feel happy inside.

My English teeth are fine thank you. I do not see many long or crooked teeth and certainly not dirty. The incidence of dental caries is low - especially amongst under 30's.
What I have noticed is weird, too-perfect white ceramic smiles amongst Americans. They look like cheap false teeth to me.
