He continually asks his guests one simple question: "How's it working for you?"
Success in anything comes from FINDING WHAT WORKS then DOING WHAT WORKS.
I am going to reveal to you the Secret Weight Loss Formula that Celebrity personal trainer don’t want you to know about.
Before I reveal the secret, first I need to explain to you that there is process that your body goes through to burn body fat.
So how does your body burn fat?
That process is the same for every human being. I will outline the steps and then show you how you can easily apply some fundamental rules to allow your body to burn the maximum amount of fat with less effort and minimum time. Once you understand that simple process, you can easily see why you are not getting the results that you want. Even bigger, you will finally see that getting that dream body is getting so much closer to reality that you will be extremely motivated to get started as soon as you can.
How does your body release the fat from the cells?
Before you can turn your body into a fat burning machine, here what needs to happen: your body fat need to be released from the fat cells. You can accomplish this step successfully with your nutrition program. Here are some specific tips that you can apply right away to achieve that.
1.Eat 4-6 small, frequent meals and never skip meals.
2.Include small amounts of good fats.
3.Eat natural foods; avoid processed & refined foods
4.Eat lean proteins with each meal.
5.Eat more complex carbs, fruits & vegetables.
The most misunderstood weight loss strategy.
Releasing fat from the fat cells is not the end of it; actually, it is just the beginning. Because the fat needs to be transported from the fat cells to your muscles so it can be burned there. This is done through your blood and the cardiovascular system is responsible for that. The more effective is that system, the more effective your body will become at burning fat. You can improve your cardio vascular system by doing so cardio training. However, don’t go out yet and spend 1 hour on the treadmill because you probably not going to be doing too much good like that.
The reason is excessive cardio combined with a restrictive diet burns fat but mostly muscle tissue. That is not a good thing at all, because muscle tissue is where you burn the fat and if you are burning away muscle tissue, you are burning your ability to burn more fat in the future (weight loss plateau). You just don’t cut the hand that feed you. So cardio burns fat and it can also burn muscle tissue, this is a huge dilemma. Damn if you do, damn if you don’t. But wait there is a solution to that…
You need to do some MODERATE cardio training. The key word here is moderate.
Doing too much cardio can be detrimental and I am sure you have seen those people that are doing cardio on a daily basis and still not getting anywhere. The result is a low metabolism. Low metabolism means, your body fat is not going anywhere, anytime
soon. Here is what you need to do:
1.Do some moderate cardio training; the key word here is moderate
2.Never diet but consume little fewer calories that you will burn (No starvation diets, Please.)
The world most efficient “fat burner” available in the market is FREE and is already available to you.
Before I reveal to you how personal trainer get those celebrities in the best shape of their life in such short period there is one more thing that I want you to understand. Because it is very important.
Weight loss marketers always claim that they have the magic “fat burner” that will melt your fat away. The problem is that they have a new one coming out every year, so I wonder if the one from last year was so effective, why we need a new one. There is only one thing that actually burn body fat is you already have it. It does not come in a bottle or a special recipe. Body fat can only be burned inside of your muscle tissue. I repeat Body fat can only be burn in your muscle tissue. This is the most important concept for you to grasp.
Your muscle tissue is your best friend when it comes to burn body fat. You need to preserve muscle tissues in order to keep losing weight. Most people go on a starvation diet combined a lot of cardio to lose weight. At first it may seems like this is working because they are losing scale weight. However, scale weight does not tell you if weight loss is from fat, water or muscle tissue.
Losing fat is what you are after,
Losing water is only temporary,
Losing muscle will simply lower your metabolism and put you in the Yo-Yo dieting bandwagon.
To maintain muscle tissues you need to:
1.Do some resistance training. (This is not optional, it is mandatory)
The secret
Now that you understand the whole fat burning process, I am going to reveal to you what personal trainers do to get those amazing transformations. The strategy is to combine all the steps that I outlined so the body works as a unit. The process is release the fat, transport the fat and then burn the fat. All they do is combined a nutrition program, along with some MODERATE cardio program and they maintain muscle mass with resistance training. Everything is combined with one goal in mind: Turning your body into an Automatic fat burning machine. It is that easy.
Don't like the results you have been getting? Then CHANGE YOUR STRATEGY.
How do you change your strategy? How do you find one that works?
DO NOT continue doing something just because "THEY" say it's the way things should be done. Allow yourself to choose the solution that will work for you, regardless of what it may be. The only way for you to know who is right is to measure your progress and ACTUALLY track your results.
CHANGE IS HARD, but it's also worth it. Not getting results makes change EXTREMELY HARD.

You should not lose more than 24 lbs in 3 months. 50 is VERY unhealthy. You should average 1 to 2 lbs a week. Diet and Exercise are the keys to success. Ask for a referral from your physician.
Um, cut off your legs? Be realistic.
The word here is PRONE. Not confirmed. Loosing too much weight at too little time will cause your skin to look loose and saggy and you might end up at the hospital with glucose drip on your arm.
Your doctor might be able to prescribe you medication and at your end, you can try brisk walking or swimming everyday. But firstly you need a whole lot of determination.
I lost 18lbs in 2 months by walking 6-10 miles a day and eating a healthy diet as long as you have consistency with any exercise program and diet it can be done.
here is a plan that will work if you follow through. it is best to copy & paste this to microsooft word, so that you can print it off and use it. try to exercise or walk for 30 minutes a couple or 3 times a week too. ignore the school refernces, i had sent it to one of my friends.
Low Fat Pesco-Vegetarian Diet
No more eating out, ever. Now, with school, this will be very hard, and remember that you don’t have to do this 100% strict at first, because it is almost impossible, because you will sneak and eat some things that aren’t a part of this diet at first, but it is ok. It’s ok to maybe still eat out once a week or once every 2 weeks. But the longer you are on this diet, and you are trying to stick to it, your cravings for all of the bad foods will eventually disappear, this may take a long time, though. But sometimes it may only take a month before your body is used to not eating these foods, and then it won’t be as hard. When grocery shopping, you will be shopping differently, because you will have to buy your own foods now plus the normal food you would ordinarily buy as a family. This sounds like a lot, and at first it will be until you have your stock of food that only you eat at your house. I suggest cleaning out a cabinet and making one little cabinet area just yours, so that when you go into the kitchen, you know that this cabinet is the only one you will be eating out of. This probably sounds a little crazy, but it is very time effective so that you don’t search through all the cabinets when trying to find something to eat, and so that it keeps you on track of the foods you should be eating.
This is a very strict diet, and you don’t want to mess your school work up with it, so don’t feel you have to rush, unless you just want to. If you don’t do the diet full-fledge, it could mess up your metabolism if you start and then stop, and start again over and over. But, if you do decide to stick with it, eventually you will get used to all of these foods, and at least you will be eating healthier and seeing a positive change. The first 2-3 weeks of this diet are the hardest, but if you stick with this diet for those first 2-3 weeks, you will be through the worst part. Then, it is okay to go out to eat and treat yourself. I suggest not eating out for the first 2-3 weeks to get your body adjusted to this diet.
First of all, (very important) don't eat meat anymore, (except any fish, like tuna or salmon). This includes any soups that have a beef/chicken stock as the base. Most soups have chicken or beef stock as a base. So buy vegetarian vegetable soup.not just regular vegetable soup, and eat it for supper (I recommend buying Campbell's because the generic brand is bland). Other soups include Campbell’s Tomato Soup, or any brand, really, and Swanson’s Vegetarian Vegetable broth.
This also includes milk. No cow milk. Buy some Soy milk. I promise it is delicious. I use 8th continent original light soymilk. And this is 100% healthier than cow milk. This will help you out alot. Unfortunately it only comes in half gallons, and is the same price as a whole gallon. You should buy this once a week. Because a full glass in the morning with oatmeal is the best thing to get you on the right track fast.
The best oatmeal to start out with would probably be Quaker (or Great Value, the wal-mart brand is what I always buy) oatmeal packets with flavors like Strawberries and Cream, Peaches and Cream, Blueberries and Cream, etc, this all comes in one box of packets. Eat one packet each morning, I prefer using the soymilk in mine instead of water to make it taste better, and while you’re in the shower, it’s a good idea to already have your cup of milk in the freezer getting cold because it is best to drink it when its icy cold. After getting ready, I usually make my packet of oatmeal and drink my milk with it, and if it is icy on top, I take some of the icy milk and put it in my oatmeal to help it cool down, plus this makes it taste better, too. Another good oatmeal is Kashi creamy vanilla oatmeal; this had 7 grams of fiber, plus flaxseed, which is really good for you, and will help you stay regular, which is really important on this diet. Plus, this extra fiber helps you feel full longer. If you don’t feel good on some mornings and don’t feel like eating anything sweet, they also have the Great Value boxes of packets of Grits, get the regular type, if you even like them. But eat one packet of grits with salt and pepper in it, and it will help your stomach feel better, plus is low fat.
It’s a good idea to take your vitamins as soon as you wake up, after you eat, but before you leave for the day, this helps your metabolism and your body for the whole day. The best ones to take on a daily basis are Super B Complex and any multivitamin, but I use the Women’s One a Day with EGCG. I would prefer to use Weight Smart, but it is kind of expensive.
No butter, no ranch dressing, no sour cream, no mayonnaise, nothing of the sort, and try to lay off of the cheese unless it is soy cheese. I know this sounds very restrictive, but after a while, you will get used to it. Also, no breads, biscuits, cornbread, pasta, or any other type of noodles. This includes all crackers and chips.
Second of all, no sweets! No candy bars, chocolates, donuts with frosting center, cakes, or ice cream. No more sodas, just water, juices, and soymilk from now on.
For snacks when craving sweets you can eat almonds, peanuts, soynuts and raisins. Ovaltine is really good mixed with soymilk, or drink a big cup of orange juice, eat fresh fruit, apples, oranges, bananas, strawberries, etc. Another yummy thing is canned pumkin pie mix. Just put it in a Tupperware container after opening the can and keep in your fridge. When you crave something sweet, this is very tasty, plus pumpkin is good for you. If you like pickles, it is really good to buy some, so that you can eat one whenever you feel hungry. They are fat free, and the vinegar helps you lose weight in some little way.
Very Important: At first, when you are hungry late at night, the best thing to do is have handy some Ovaltine or hot chocolate mix, so that you can make you a cup if you just have to have something, and it is liquid, so you aren’t ruining your diet. Soymilk helps you stay and feel full, plus it is very delicious with Ovaltine. So after supper for the first 2-3 weeks, you will more than likely be drinking one of these after supper so that you don’t eat anything else, and it will help you feel full.
So you may be buying more soymilk at first.
Here is a good tip to remember: when feeling hungry, drinking a mug/cup of anything warm will ease your hungry tummy! This is true, but you can also drink a cup of Ovaltine. I like the Chocolate Malt type the best. This is in the coffee aisle near the hot chocolate at Wal-mart and they also have these little packets of hot chocolate mix with different flavors like French vanilla hot chocolate, mint chocolate, raspberry chocolate, and supreme. They are on or near the top shelf, these are the best hot chocolate mixes to buy, and you will need them on this diet, along with the Ovaltine, especially at first. If you like V8 or tomato juice (I like V8 better), drinking a glass of this will help you overcome the urge to eat something before supper.
If you have a blender you can also make smoothies. Just don't use yogurt(which is cow milk based), but you can if this is how you like them. What I do is add some soymilk, orange juice, bananas and frozen strawberries. You can also leave a cup of soymilk in the freezer to get icy then pour it in the blender, add a banana, 3-4 (I used 3) frozen strawberries, and 2-3 big spoons of Ovaltine. This is really yummy.
For dinners, I suggest eating vegetables and rice. You can buy frozen packages of broccolli, cauliflower, carrots, and eat them on your rice. Or just eat soup for supper. Baby brussel sprouts are really good too with rice, or with Salmon. Buy cans of vegetables like peas, corn and mixed vegetables, and others if you like other types of canned vegetables. When making your rice, you should measure out 1 cup of water, boil it, then add 1 cup of rice and remove from heat to allow to fluff. It usually isn’t really warm enough, so after putting it on your plate, I always put mine in the microwave for 37 seconds. If you have bought a tiny can of peas, along with big cans of peas, I suggest heating up a small can of peas also to eat with your rice. Rice can be very delicious.
Here is a good rice diet. Go buy some A-1 steak sauce, or the Great Value brand of steak sauce at Food City (it has a blue wrapper and I think it has bullhorns on the front label). You can add this to half of your rice, or all of it until the rice is saturated to your liking. If you add it only to half of your rice, use mustard on the other half. If you have Kraft Fat Free Ranch (this is the only kind that tastes right with this recipe), you can add it to the side of the plate, and when you take a bite of the mustard rice, you can dip it just a little in the ranch and it will really taste good once you start eating it. You can also dip the steak sauce rice in it too. (I ate this only for like 5-6 months once along time ago, and grew to love it after a while, I hope you do too).
Another awesome thing with rice is to go buy a tomato, and Mayfield lowfat cottage cheese. Make your rice, I would make ½ cup of rice, since you will be using tomato and like 1/3 cup of cottage cheese. Dice your tomato and set aside, I would only use half or three fourths of your tomato. After you have put your rice in the microwave for 37-73 seconds, add your tomato to the top of that, then add your cottage cheese as you eat, and mix it up. It is very good, and the lowfat cottage cheese is a good diet tool.
Sometimes I even just eat a can of tuna (with water, (drain) don’t buy the vegetable oil), and put it on my plate, and cut up a whole tomato and eat cottage cheese with the tomato, and eat the tuna as the protein. This supper combination probably wouldn’t be ideal at first, because your body is still trying to get used to everything. Unless you think you can eat it only for supper and not be hungry.
Sometimes you can eat a can of corn if you are really hungry, so just add it to a bowl with its juice and add a lot of pepper to it and heat it in the microwave for about 2 minutes and 37 seconds. And just eat all of it. The juice is pretty good with the pepper. My favorite corn is green giant and stokelys (especially Stokely’s All Natural if you can find it because it is the best). You can buy refried beans and get some taco sauce and fat free sour cream (but no burritos) and eat it for supper too. If you are really hungry, I would buy some Natural flavor popcorn and eat it for supper, if you wanted. They have the lowfat version of this flavor at Food City I think. Tuna Helper is good, although it has pasta, which will ruin your diet, but it’s okay once a week, because you are eating tuna. But eat a side of peas with it. And of course, if you eat salads, that is good too, but always remember to get the Fat free kind. During lunch break at school, I usually eat the Campbell’s Classic Tomato Soup that you can heat in the microwave, it is the one that I think tastes the best. But if you drink your Soymilk and eat your oatmeal for breakfast you shouldn’t be that hungry at lunch, although at the beginning, I am sure you will be. Which is where the meal bars, little packs of raisins, or fruit come in handy. Also if you see a nut variety, that is a really good thing to buy. Because sunflower seeds can help out a lot. There is this little pack called dietary snack mix and it has sunflower seeds, pepitas, almonds, and raisins, these are the best mix and it is sold at Wal-Mart.
If you do decide to eat out, but want to eat healthy, subway has a veggie sub. I wouldn’t get the sub, get a veggie wrap with whatever veggies you like, but get a lot. I sometimes add mustard, but not a lot. I also get tuna wraps, and add tomatoes and lettuce to it. No mayo though!
Tip: Slim Fast products have always helped me too(even though the shakes are cow-milk based). They have a meal bar called "fruit & nut bar" that is great. They also have a high protein bar called peanut granola that is delicious. These are good to buy if you know you will need a snack through the day.
Major tip: anyone over the age of 20 should be taking a daily vitamin. I HIGHLY suggest buying some multivitamins and Super B-Complex. These 2 are a must-take-each-day and you'll see an even better change in a couple of weeks. Vitamin C is good to take if you think you are about to get sick or if there is a chance that you could. If I am feeling bloated, I buy diurex water pills and take for 5-7 days as well. The diet pills you will need at Wal-Mart are called Weight Control, it is in a green box, and they are hard to find, the other is Cortisol in the green box, which is the best. Take 2-3 a day, one when you wake up and one in the evening or mid afternoon. You need these at first definitely, not bad for you.
I should have included a list to make your shopping easier, so if you want me to, let me know, but basically everything allowed is listed.
I think you should disregard everything AFTER the first person's answer. She's absolutely right no question. 50 lbs in 3 months is too much too quickly. Stay away from diets that suggest you eliminate one food group. Good luck. If you have trouble constructing a diet, speak to you physician about a referral to a registered dietician.
