There is a diet tea that comes in a green box. I forgot the name of it, but I think it is Chinese and the words "diet tea" are in the name. First ingredient is Senna.
Apparently it will clean you out very, very good. My boss just told me about it today and I'm going to go look for it myself.

I like to use pipe cleaners. Preferably pink ones. They seem to work better. I'm really not sure why.

Prior to having a colonoscopy, doctors typically have the patient consume a product that goes by the brand name "Go Lightly" (I forget the generic name) - usually the night before. It causes you to completely evacuate your bowels so that the doctor can get a good exam of your colon.

I would guess that it's not a terribly comfortable feeling, since most people refer as "Go A Lot", "Go All Night", or "Go Like it's Going Out of Style". Just be prepared - and stay near a bathroom. No long car trips once you start this treatment.
