Constipation is the KING of all the ailments. Take ateleast 3 litrs of water day. If you can drink about 1 liter on empty stomach early in the morning will get you out of all trouble - irrespective of age.

Go buy a bottle of magnesium citrate, it is very inexpensive and works very well, my piece of advice is to make sure it is chilled before drinking. Makes it taste better. I would also visit a doctor or city health clinic.

if you took a laxative, you probably dont have anything to poop. everything is just in the intestines, you should be fine. if u cant go after a week, then go see a doctor.
