While this might be nothing, there are several concerning things that come to mind when I hear this: Ulcerative Colitis, Hemorrhoids (OK, not as concerning, but they can get bad), cancer, impacted bowel. Generally, if you are concerned, you should see your doctor. Your body has a way of knowing when things are just not right. If this continues for a week or so, definitely get it looked at.
