Do you make an effort to look nice when you are out in public?

No makeup, grey sweats, wrinkled t-shirt? I have not seen many pull off the look well.

I'm more shocked by the spelling skills (gray, not grey) and shallow attitudes of people who can find nothing more troubling to think about than fashion, in a world like ours. My advice: Take a class. Pick up a book. Try to see people on the inside rather than the outside. Get a life.

yes i do .i wouldnt even walk to the store with out any lipstick on.my mother made it a point that we should never walk out in public if were not decent, i think this habit should be started at an early age by the parents, the kids faces should be wiped at all times, you can't imagine how many kids i've seen with their snotty noses and the parents are not wiping it..ewww
if you start young they are more likely to keep the habits
I'm a college student and while I admit that at times I wear jeans and sweatshirts for days I enjoy dressing up. My mother always told me that you are never sure who you will meet so you want to look good just incase. I agree with you that peopel are dressing up less and less. It seems that even at church few people dress like they used to. Its upsetting that no one cares to look nice. Its gotten to the point where people notice someone not in jeans a a tshirt!
I always do. Sometimes I want to be more carefree and relaxed and not worry about how I look but I always have to at least make sure my skin looks OK and I am dressed somewhat nicely. When I was around 20 I spent WAY too much time getting ready to go the convenience store. I do wonder why some people can't dress a little better but hey it's their life. Usually I put on nice jeans, a top, and decent shoes and I'm good to go. I give my hair a quick brush and make sure any blemishes or dark undereyes are concealed.
I do. I at least have to look half way decent. you know what I mean you know hot guys
