I had a strange dream last night.?

Question:

I had a dream last night that (among other objects in my bedroom) birth control pills were smashed to pieces and laying scattered on my dresser. What does this mean? I tried looking in a dream analysis dictionary, but I couldn't find anything that seemed appropriate. I firmly believe that dreams bring our most urgent emotions into focus for us when we ignore or repress them, but I am completely baffled by this one. Any thoughts?

I agree that dreams bring important messages about what is going on deep in our hearts and souls.

It is also true that sometimes it may take weeks or months before the meaning of a dream becomes evident to us.

Some dreams we will never know the meaning of, and we have to accept that.

Our inner selves are far more complex and powerful than our ability to understand it.

Things are worked out inside us in ways that are for our good, but it does not mean that we will ever come to fully understand it.

Part of life is about learning to trust the process of life and to become ok with "not knowing".
