Don't worry about stupid ppl with their stupid answers (The first answer on here)!! The best thing to gently whiten your teeth would be topol( a whitening toothpaste). It works great for smokers, coffee drinkers, etc. and it is very gentle, i use it every day and my teeth are so much more whiter! Congratulations on your Graduation!

go for the whitening at the dental office it def works
i use baking soda and peroxide respectively. or, you buy a toothpaste that has those ingredients in them. you can have your teeth whitened from the dentist. ive used those strips and whitening cups and they dont work at all. waste of money.

Best and economical way that would not break your bank is Baking soda. You can get a packet for 50cents and will last you a year. A big advantage is that this is not going to damage your enamel in a long run compared to bleaching etc. Bleaching method will whitten instantly but over time slowly erodes off your enamel and then tooth is vulnerable to loss..Baking soda is slower process 2-4 weeks depending upon how bad your teeth are but safe and harmless. If there is a plaque issue, add little table salt with baking soda and you will feel the differnce in 3-5 days..
Crest whitening strips premium works really great! it makes you teeth sensitive for a while but it goes away shortly and the product works great! You don't even usually have to use the whole package before getting the results you want.
Crest whitestrips SUPREME. These have a 14% bleach, which is a lot more then the ones you will find in the store. You can find them at a dentists office, but they are very expensive. I got mine at Southern Illinois University Carbondale, Dental hygiene clinic. These work sooo much better then the ones you buy at the store. Plus, they come with a cute little travel case to keep in your purse/car.
The best product that is really work and won't brake your bank is Crest Whitening Strips. You will be seeing complete results is 14 days or they have more advanced for 7 days. Just follow instructions on the packaging. Believe me it's really good product and give really good results. I always get compliments on my teeth. They are so bright and white and it seems like I did whitening in the dental office that costs hundreds of dollars. Results lasts up to a year (seriously). Cost is $20 to $25 for a 2 weeks supply. You can find it at any drug store. So I highly recommend it as you still have time until May 11.
