Running around the lake two times every day. It is about 8 miles and takes right at an hour and a half. It is really beautiful, and I engage with mediation at the same time. It's just like your floating on air.

Other than sex, a practice called Budukon. It is Yoga, martial arts, and meditation. The best workout ever and I am toned as all can be from it.

Imaginary ones - I'm a world class swimmer, a Karate Master, do 20 hours of treadmill per week, 500 push ups a day, .. ;-)

I like to take long walks outside for at least 45 minutes.

Ouch, sorry to hear that! I'm all about running and calisthenics, doubt that helps you though.
