I say yes. I used to be very addicted to chocolate. I do not even like the sight of it now!what i did - was just slowly weaned myself off of it. i would eat raw veggies in place of it or even fruit. substitute something healthy for it. something else that you like/

Seriously, forget it. I personally think that women have some internal need for chocolate that has yet to be discovered. Just try to eat it in moderation; maybe only eat it outside of your house so you aren't tempted, maybe only eat a candy bar once a week. Either way, your waistline will probably thank you even if your cravings do not.
