No and I don't think anybody is dumb. People are all different and they see things and interpret things differently that doesn't make you dumb. Some people find it easier to learn things quicker, understand and remember than others.

Some are dumb, and some aren't. There's no predisposition to stupidity that's related to hair color.

When you look on a bell curve for intelligence, all whites, regardless of sex or hair color are over represented in the above average portion of the curve. Of course, this begs the question as to who makes up the greater portion of the below average part of the curve. For reasons of political correctness, I'll leave that unsaid. However, the statistical fact remains that, as a group, white, blonde chicks are of above average intelligence.
