I know it's not a proper answer, but natural is best - why have surgery when you don't need it? Things can and DO go wrong, so why risk it? Petite is beautiful.

Depends on you and your lifestyle. For mine( have had four augmentations) I have always gone under the breast. I couldn't stand the thought of not being able to wax or shave my under-arms for weeks after the surgery.
