eat only whole foods. ya know, fresh fruits, whole grains and veggies. nothing proccesed and no suger. you dont need to kill yourself with excercise, even walking will help. just build up to it. please dont starve yourself it will only make you gain weight in the long run.

less food, more exercise. the more you exercise the faster you metabolism, the more fat your body burns. don't drink alcoholic beverages and cut back on junk food like chips and candy, but don't cut these foods completely out of your diet, you'll crave them more.. just cut back.. if you eat out of boredom, get a hobby
