When I was faced with having to put my 20-year-old cat down for kidney problems I prayed not to have to. I hydrated her for a few days with a special solution; but one day I realized that she had to leave me, so I loved her, we looked at each other's eyes and later I saw her outside the window, basking in the sun. Somehow she'd sneaked out, even though all her life she'd preferred indoors. After that she disappeared. I never discovered her remains or any bad smell.
I believe that since I don't condone euthanasia, my wishes were respected by God because I respected Him-the author and giver of life. Of course, your religious views will determine what you believe about this issue. In my ministry to fellow church members I have seen much suffering. With prayerful support people are made well, go into remission, or are allowed to fall asleep till a future time.
This is a hard issue for many, though it seems pretty cut and dried to me. May we seek answers to this problem sincerely and without condemnation of others. Hold out for miracles as much as possible. And let us be like the hospice workers who do everything in their power to give comfort and care to people. All life is precious and the person is the soul/mind/spirit inside the body-not the body itself-love that person as long as possible.

To endure suffering is a christian mission. You dont have life from yourself, so you dont have the right to drop it. Isnt exist complete suffering for a normal people. Everey normal, and christian people realize that living is good. Even if you suffer. You are alive. If somebody already have mental handicaps because some disease, in this case he cant decide about euthanasia. So doesnt matter what he thinks. So its not exceptable euthanasia. Killing is a fault in face of God, whoes child are people. It is fault, even if about killing yourself. Is a murder. Gyilkosság. Bűn. Tehát vétek. Kárhozat.
