is it asthma?

Question:

i never being diagnoised with asthma, i had however used inhaler 2 years ago for a cough witch they said was bronchitis, that was last time i had went to the doctor and did not even go back i had the cough for about 3 month and have not had it since still i could be diagnoised with asthma the nezt time around? my brother and sister have asthma.

Bronchitis can lead to asthma as with my children, they started out with Crupe then to bronchitis and eventually asthma. I have not been diagnosed with asthma but have had several cases of severe cases of bronchitis. My sister has asthma as two of my kids do as well. So just because your siblings have asthma does not neccessarily mean that you will have it to eventually. I have five children and only two have asthma and one has bronchitis occasionally. Just know that the "possibility" is there for you to have it later on.

Just because your brother & Sister have asthma does not nessecarily mean you will get it. If you only had bronchitis once and haven't coughed or wheezed since, chances are you will not get it. If it happens again go back to the Dr., that's the only way you can find out for sure and be treated.
