I use self hypnosis to help with my sleeplessness. Sometimes, particularly on a night before an early morning meeting, I toss and turn for hours for some reason. You could find a book and record your own voice reading from a script and then listen to it as you go to sleep at night. It's also good for relieving stress and tension and alleviating fears, also for stuff like dieting or depression (making you feel more positive) and stuff like that.

If i wanted to look better, how can i do it?

Herbal teas such as chamomile can help relax you and aid in sleep. There are so many other homeopathic remedies you may also want to look into that could be of some benefit to you. I have used alternative herbs for many ailments and chamomile tea helps put me to sleep as good as anything else.

Try to relax most of all and if your mind is in overdrive sleep tends to play second field. I know where you are coming from as I am awake more nights than not. A hot bath can work miracles too. Good luck.
