Oh my, 15 with dark circles. As a pro makeup artist, I could go on and on about why you-at 15 should not have dark circles especially if they are stemming from wearing makeup.
One of the biggest reasons people get dark circles is because they are not properly removing makeup. I have slightly dark circles and it is because I would go to sleep with mascara and eye shadow on. You have to properly remove makeup and thoroughly wash and moisturize your skin. At 15 I would not recommend you wear a lot of makeup because you are way too young. Believe me, you are going to get to a point in life when you can not go without it. Right now, enjoy the soft and beautiful skin while it lasts.

Also, you can curl your upper eyelashes to draw attention away from under your eyes.
