Generally childbirth lasts for hours while a kick does not usually go on for hours and hours its just a one time thing.

Seeing my Wife give birth to two children I would rather get kick in the nutts then birth a kid.

Something we will never determine until an accurate pain meter is invented (I doubt such a thing can be done).
Men cannot give birth and women do not have "testicles". Watching pre labor alone was enough to not want to do it. Try kicking a woman as hard as you can (If you Dare) and asking her the difference. Close as a man will ever get in answering this age old question.

You cannot compare the two at all- they are completely different, esp when there are so many different pain management solutions to childbirth, to the point that there would be no pain at all.
