I guess all those who have the time to keep it all the time smooth cause it grows back fast. I dont know really how many, but I know that it takes a lot of time and care. I do. I prefer it because I cant stand the fact that it looks like a flippin jungle. Ew.
Not to mention it helps keep down on bacteria growth in that general area. Bacteria grows where its moist. TADA we have alot of moisture in that area. The hair just adds to a feeding ground of bacteria to grow and that can give off a bad smell. Not for me.
