When I was a little girl I used to get boils often. My mother would get a washcloth and soak it in very hot water then cover the boil. She would do that several times. That seemed to make it go away. It would shrink under the heat.

Glass Bottle with the mouth slightly larger than the head of the boil, a pot of boiling water, and a sharp knife or razor blade. Boil the water, then place the bottle in the water, mouth up, just to heat up the glass. Sterilize the knife, make an incision across the top of the boil, then (wearing an oven mit) grab the bottle, and firmly press the mouth of the bottle against the boil until the outside edge seals against the boil.
this sounds crazy, but put some tomato paste on it and use it like a compress. Leave it on for a few hours. This should bring the boil to a head.
Hot compress.
itll hurt like hell but squeeze as much out as you can heat up a aloe vera leaf with out thorns in half and the natural plant sucks it out leave it on over night
