Hey, I'm 31 and experienced similar issues before. I learned that mine was primarily caused by stress. My suggestion (and one that worked for me) is to get that new Pantene Full and Thick (it's a shampoo for thinning hair). It will make what you've got look fuller and will help to avoid breakage on your hair. Also, only wash your hair every other day or so, and try not to use mousse or gel if possible. If you must use hair bands, get the type that don't damage and break your hair, and avoid bleaching if you can. Another great thing to do is to get some of the over the counter pre-natal vitamins and start taking them for awhile. Your hair will fill out in no time if you try this. Email me if you want. I've been there. Good luck.

i would recommend using natural products which you could find at an affordable price since some shampoos conatain chemicals which may cause hair thinness. if you don't want natural shampoos, then i would buy shampoo which gives a thicker texture to your hair this might help. also, using conditioner daily will help your hair remain healthy.
go to the DR. AND HE WILL ADVISE YOU WHAT TO DO YOU MIGHT Not be eating properly he can advise you as to what you need.
thank you
I would check with my doctor to see if it is alopecia. That is something women have when they start to go thin. my grandma has it. maybe they can do something for you. good luck
