They're both great! It depends on the whole package and effect.it depends on the shape of your face. i personally think anyone looks good with curly hair, but straight hair isn't right for people with real sharp features. i have high cheekbones and a sharp nose (brit and italian in me) so straight hair doesn't work as well. i have naturally curly, so i keep it that way.

It completely depends on the rest of the girl's physique, hair color, tan or not, etc. Personally, I liked Irene off of Real World Seattle, but I also like short hair on certain girls, like, say, Natalie Portman (well, not bald, but, well.maybe a tomboyish look would be good on her).

It all depends on the facial structure and how well it collaborates with your face.Personally I love curly hair.mine is naturally very curly and I think it looks exotic. BUT..another girl asked only guys to answer and asked the same question (curly or straight hair for women) and 99% of the guys said straight. I can do mine either way, I think women along with thier boyfriends tend to want what the girlfriends doesn't have so maybe a little back and forth should keep you happy!!
