Another leg exercise you can do is toe taps. Sit up straight in your chair with your legs at a 90 degree angle. Lift up your toes and tap them down twice, then lift your heels and tap them down once. This helps to strengthen your shins.
For other exercise, take the stairs in your building (if you have them, of course). Get up and walk around when you need to talk to co-workers instead of calling or emailing them.
