Keep up with balanced, frequent and of high variety of foods , diet. 3. decrease or eliminate soft drinks, foods containing excessive carbohydrates with animal fat (donuts,ice creams,cakes etc), alcohol, salt and spices, fried foods, fatty meats and products, fruits (don't overdo it with fruits,avoid them but don't eliminate them). 4. increase pure protein (white meat, fish), green vegetables, olive oil (foods rich in glucopen,lutein,antioxidants,f. unsaturated fatty acids etc ), soya etc 5. drink a lot of water (the more water u provide ur organism with thru ur diet,the less its being accumulated into the tissues as reserves) 6. eat many small meals than less and bigger ones 7. a typical consistency could be as follows : green salads in every meal at a 3:1 ratio combined with a protein source (fish, chicken, low fat red meat).3-5 meals per day not exceeding the caloric consistency indicated for ur ideal weight.
