I'll tell it to u straight, just watch what u eat, go for the proteins, take it easy on the carbs. but treat urself once in a while. and of course try to do at least 20 to 30 minutes of cardio exercise a day.

well, this isn't a diet, this is a method, my method. only eat, what you can work off, eat a hamburger, if you plan on going for a walk..ect. don't eat at bedtime, you'll just lay there and get fat by not moving. eat what your craving, if you need something sweet, go for it, and then excersize, becasue if you have a craving, then don't eat what you're craving, later on you'll go crazy with it, and really mess up. and never call this method a diet..that will make you feel bad, and wierd, like it's all punishment. and drink alot of water, like 10 glasses a day at least, it actually helps move things around in your system, you can lose alot of weight just by drinking water.

It's the diet of commitment, devotion and diligence. The food and exercise are just benefits of that. I eat fish 3 times a week,sweet potatoes are most nutritional veggie and will fill you up!You must not eat any fast food,it is bad for you and full of preservatives,now summer is here always have fresh fruits and veggies cut ready to eat in fridge,drink bottled water,it will make you drink a lot more water and water is very important in taking weight off!Do ab crunches and walk in the park and then watch you get into a habit in 2 weeks and you will want to eat your veggies and fruits and fish is so healthy,it gives you vitamin"K" no other way you can get it and it fights off cancer!I eat for snacks,rice cakes in carmel and cheese,corn chips and salsa,pudding cups when I want a sweet treat!
