if your diet/exercise regimen is too strict, you're more likely to fail. just be consistently smart in your eating decisions: avoid sugar, empty carbs, alcohol, starbucks, eat slowly so smaller portions are more likely to satisy, stuff up with fruits and veggies, drink lots of water. get active every day, so that it becomes a natural habit. maybe not always an intense workout at the gym, but at least a walk or game of soccer every day, etc.

GO ON THE SOUTH BEACH DIET AND RUN 1 MILE 3XS A WEEK.
First, excecise as often as you can. And excercise for 30 min. or more. 4 times a week is good. And Only eat when you are hungry. And if you want to eat something, eat it. Dont starve yourself (becuase then when you give up starving yourself, you will eat even more food than you would have if you hadnt) And eat healthy! If you have 2 options, an apple or a candy bar, pick the apple. It will make you feel good. And dont deprive yourself of foods you like. Keep you portions small. And when you feel like going back for seconds, drink a large glass or wait 10-20 minutes before you do. Works every time.
Eat what you want in some amount...jog or walk..lift weights..But jogging really trims you down...and lifting finishes it off
I ahve recently dropped from 145 t0 125. I excersised every day including yoga (for lean muscles and balance) kickboxing (cardio) and jogging 1-2 miles. I also did ab work that strengthened my core. If you can focus on just loosing 2 lbs. a week you can do it. Eating healthily is very very very important. Eat balanced meals.i found for me the best thing to do was to eat every 3 hours..cut down on fat and eat a lot of raw vegis and fruit. I accually cut out meat altogether (i researched processing of meat.if you are interested check it out online, very interesting!) Cut your calories to under 1200 a day. no sugars or flour.nutrition is the key to loosing weight and most americans dont eat right and eat double what they are supposed to eat every day. good luck and hopfully this helped
Weight watchers is the best program. They let you know exactly what you need to do in order to reach your goal weight. I have been doing eight watchers for 5 weeks and i have already lost 10 ibs. Its not like the atkins diet wehre they restrict you from a whole food group, you can basically eat anything that you want as long as you stay within you daily "points value." They also let you kno when its good to start exercising. Also they have people you can talk to all the time and they are always more than happy to help you. If you do decide to do weight watchers, just make sure you stay consitent, weigh in, and go to the meetings. It really pays off in the end. GOOD LUCK!
I would cut out all unatural sugars like candies and cookies and avoid condensed starch like white flour and rice. Then I would eat six times a day. Each meal would be about the size of my fist and contains 150-200 calories each. It is usually fruit,veggies,whole grains,and natural sugars.
I excercise by running 30 mins in the morning(in the house) and after school I workout about 45 minutes using an excercise video(the tae-bo boot camp one) and then I meditate to soft music for 15mins before bed. Drink 6-8 glasses of water. This is the diet I followed to lose my first 20 pounds, afterwards I eased up on the excercising and lost weight at about 1 pound per week(suggested for health).
i would try a multi vitamin and maybe some meal replacement bars, the meal replacement bars will give you all the nutrition that you need without all the calories of eating a full coourse meal, also exercise will help too, look at this website for more information and products that are guranteed to work
