What do you mean you "think you have ADD"? You must go through testing first from a psychitrist who is certified and specializes in ADD. I was diagnosed w/ADD two years ago with the disorder and I do take Adderall. It is the only drug that worked for me. Helps my concentration level and I can complete every task, remember appointments, and get to work/places on time. Alot of people give bad reports on this particular drug. It may be addicting, unsafe..and so on. But for one..I am not addicted, I take the 20mg daily and have been great for the past two years. I am evalutated every 2 months and at one point my dosage was increased to 40mg. Made me a bit jittery. Depends on the person. Just like any drug use caution and seek a professional who is trained for this disorder. Good luck to you!

adderall made me psychotic. they had to give me high doses of antidepressants and antipsychotics just to stay balanced but I concentrated like nothing else and I could draw so well when I was on it. I stopped taking it b/c I want to be myself. I really wasn't myself when I was all doped up
