If you were going to start a diet tomorrow..?

Question:
Would you go out tonight and drink and eat all your favorite food or, would u start the diet right away?

Answers:
I would start right away, if you feel serious about it, because from personal experience, waiting, doesn't work. I promise. There will always be another reason to prolong the start of a diet.

Other Answers:
One last binge on Doritos!

yes so i have no regret,,,but be strong you plan on starting a diet stay away form temptations

I think if your serious about a diet you start right away, but there is nothing wrong with one last night of freedom =)

start right away

I would not start a diet - honest, and that's not cos I've always been slim

I used to diet when I was still in school then i read a book called 'Overcoming Overeating' (can't remember who wrote it)

LOL was gona say, I ate THAT! ;-)

Ye, if I WAS gona start a diet tomorrow, I'd eat KFC i think -- but tomorrow never comes, does it ;-)

No.I would just eat normal.

i would not go on a diet.cause i dont beliven that stuff.
but if i was to start a diet i would go out to eat

Infact the very feeling of going for a rigid schedule of dieting tommorrow shall give me goose skin..so I would not be true to my soul if I stuff my stomach a night before..I shall find myself guilty of cheating myself. But remember all these emotional changes are condition to one thing that U actually want to diet..

If you're on the RIGHT diet, you will not need to give up all the good foods. Then will not crave so I would start right away!

Let me begin by saying that most diets don't work, you need to look at they type of food you are consuming and consider whether it is healthy or not, if not eliminate it. Healthy eating is the key and in a successful healthy diet you don't have to miss out on anything, a treat now and then doesn't hurt, as long as its a treat eg a couple of squares of chocolate wont hurt but the hole block will.
