crunches, squats help, dont eat alot !
You have to combine your crunches with aerobic activity to burn the fat as well.
maybe try running. if that doesent work than just do sit ups
You gotta do some aerobic exercises - try biking, jogging, powerwalking, dancing, something that gets your heart pounding, that's the only way to burn that kind of fat.
To lose belly fat, do some cardio workouts, such as running. Dieting won't hurt either.
