Well. according to every evil villain on TV, you have to have a sinister grin, shady eyebrows, shifty eyes, and of course. an evil laugh.

If you are a guy you could try growing a goatee. this is a good traditional thing to do. If you already have a goatee you could try shaving it off.
Try looking preoccupied, try looking past people when you talk to them. Cover your mouth when you are talking, this makes people think you are lying. Speak with an unusual cadence. The key though is to be subtle, so you will look only a little off and make people think twice.
I don't know why you would want to do this but I hope you have fun :-)
um. wear mismatched clothes, kinda dirty your face a little, twitch, mess up your hair, stutter, just be weird.

I don't think it's all about the clothing or how you cover you'r mouth when you talk or shave, it's all have to do with the amount of hatered twards the people you'll like to offend.
I guess when you'r full of hate, packed with nerves or frustration, you'll fit right in.
whatever it is you'r wearing.
Why not just TELL people you're evil? Do you think they would suspect that you were LYING? Ooooh, but that would be an evil thing to do!
The problem is, it generally takes a humble, honest (good)person to admit that they are not very good. So if you insist that you are right all the time, no matter how wrong and selfish you act, people will get the idea pretty quickly. They'll either figure that you are not in your right mind, or very, very evil.
Is it that you just want a tough rep without having to work for it and live up to it? All that does is attract people who want to challenge you because they think they are badder. If you want people to leave you alone, just act shy. That's the easiest. Maybe people will only think you are stuck up. And that's all right if you don't care what they think of you, right?
You see the problem. No matter what you try, it doesn't get what you want. Why not try being good for a change? It couldn't hurt to try. And you get lots more friends that way.
