There is no easy way to do it. It comes down to spending or working off more calories than you take in. Eat wisely and exercise to tone your muscles, especially in the areas of concern eg. abdominals. Do a variety of exercises regularly and you will see results quickly. Be patient and diligent. Gaining weight doesn't happen overnight and neither does losing it.

You can't lose weight on one part of your body. Sure, you can tone one area, but you can't control where the weight comes off. A good way to lose weight is something I invented called the mug diet. Three meals a day, you can eat anything you want, as long as you can stuff it in a mug. Only 1 mug per meal.
