I do not believe this is possible, of course I could be mistaken. Nature will take its own course when your body is ready. What's the hurry? Once you have begun to menstruate on a regular basis you can sometimes induce your flow by soaking in a hot bath. Also a piece of information once you have your first period it can take a good year to develop a regular cycle, have one, miss one or two, have one, etc. Don't rush the course of nature, it isn't a pleasant thing and once you start you'll be asking how long does this last!

You don't it just occurs ,when it is supposed to.I felt the way same you did before I got mine.Now I want to give it back.If you are 11 to 16 it could be anytime soon.Don't worry you will get one wether you want one or not.I've had it for years now and I wish it would of happened later to me.
