Will eating too much chocolate or too much coffee will make my complexion dark?

Question:

Answers:
only if you break out in blackheads

Other Answers:
No. But the caffein intake will make you jittery, and the oil intake may make you break out in acne.

But you won't darken your skin.

Will eating too much tofu or too much milk make my complexion light and fair?

No, but eating too many carrots will turn your sking orange. I had a friend who tried to substitute carrots for cigarettes. Turned a very weird jaundacey color.

Only if you eat/drink while in a tanning bed, or too close to a big fire.

No it wont make your complextion dark. If you want dark complextion go tanning. All that will do is make your oily and breakout.

no..

melanin gives our skin its color.

I never heard of a food that makes complexion dark

Eating chocolate and drinking coffee will only make your teeth darker (use a whitening toothpaste.)

If you want a food that will assist with tanning, eat carrots. The Vitamin A and other nutrients in carrots assist with the reaction in your skin that cause you to tan.

I read it somewhere a long time ago. It's why I eat carrots.

No, but coffee will stain your teeth. Is it possible to eat too much chocolate?

sure, if you roll around in them at the same time.

no, that is absurd. maybe if you soak in it, like a mud spa.

no

No

No, wherever you got that from is not true. Their are people who's been drinking coffee and eating chocolate their whole life and still has not changed in complexion. to me that's just thinking of a way to look black.

MAYBE.NA,BUT BECARFUL because what u eat effects your whole body inculding your skin.

No, some ppl have sincitive skin.

Yes.
But don't worry, you can neutralize it by eating many tofu, drink a lot of milk, and oh yes, marshmellow.

The same if you eat to much watermellon, your complexion will become reddish.
If you want to be a better swimmer, eat a lot of fish.
And so on.

Duh! It's common sense dude!

Of course NOT! Your skin doesnt become orange if you eat an orange, does it? Your skin tone depends on your ethnicity and on your exposure to the sun.

If you're from a racial background where melanin is produced rapidly from sun exposure then you'd tan easily [Like if you're South Asian (like East Indian, Pakistani etc), Hispanic or South East Asian (like Filipino, Malay etc)].

If you happen to be a red haired person with a light complexion, ( who eats a lot of chocolate) it would still be near impossible for you to tan.

As far as I know nothing you ingest can make your skin lighter or darker.

Chocolate may make your skin breakout. And coffee has caffeine which can make you jittery.

Incidently I read somewhere that pepole with depression should not drink caffeinated beverages, cuase it could temporarily give them a high but then they drop down low.

Only if you rub it on your face dork!

Never.

No, but don't just eat chocolate and drink coffee. You are certain to get sick.
