How do you tell someone their breath stinks?

I'm a country chick and though I tend to say what's on my mind I would just be blunt."Man! Your breath stinks.do you ever brush your teeth?" But if your not as blunt as am I.offer mints and a bottle of mouthwash.or even floss!
When people read this question,very often,most of us will think:Oh!There are something with that person's teeth or mouth.I agree with give that person mint candy or something to make his/her breath better.
But more of the moments there are not something wrong with his/her teeth or mouth.There're something wrong with his/her internal organs.If we have healthy internal organs then we may breath good.Think of this:we own a bag of good apples,how they smell? fragrant!what if we own a bag of rotten apples?they must smell bad!The breath from our mouth not just carry the smell of our teeth and mouth,mostly,it carry the smell of our internal organs.Our body just like a chemistry plant and conduct everything we eat and drink.Food will be changed into water,nutrition,gas and something else.No food don't change their forms in our body.
And do you know?People who suffer disease of lung or stomach or liver must have bad breath!But not all the people who have bad breath will have some disease of internal organs.Maybe they just suffer indigestion.We can give them mint candy and at the same time show our understanding to them and respect them as well.
Tell them to brush they teeth and go to the toilet and clean them selfs out cos thats what you basically smelling they bottom but through they mouth
