When I have an erection the top of my penis the skin feels its tighting up , does anybody know why is that.?

Lately I have been doing some exercise to increase the size of my penis. For the most part I think it's been working problem is , while now it's a little thicker I seem to feel some what of a pain when I fully erect. The top of the skin close to the head gets tighter, can anybody help me. By the way im umcircumsize and I think if this problem persist I'm leaning towards getting circumsize to releave the tension. i'm not a guy but i have been told that getting circumsized is better than not being circumsized, there are less health problems and well women (at least the ones i've talked to) prefer circumsized to uncircumsized when it comes to the penis. so i think that if you do get the circumsizion than it will help you out alot.

it probably from u getting larger its streching. ya boy is not use to this type of change so quickly. curcumsizion could help but im sure its my first answer.
