Does EMS or Computerized Muscle Stimulation work to lose weight?

Question:

Answers:
No, it sounds like a good idea but it is best for thereopy. Besides i have tried them several years ago and it is difficult to keep the pads on also placement is everyting or you will not hit the muscle.

You need to have a certified fitness professional prescribe you a diet plan and a good cardio program for you in order to loose wieght.

Trust me, save your money and do not purchase an EMS. It will only go to waist.

no

No. Electronic muscle stimulators are regulated by the FDA. The FDA states they have no evidence at all that muscle stimulation produces weight loss, toning or any other such effect.
