Every other day wake up and do about 50-60 Crunches varying leg position, this keeps it spiced up and unboring. Also, drink plenty of water, look into a whey protein, a multi vitamin. For diet, aviod oily and starchy food, pile up on nuts fruits and natural food. Preservitaves and chemicals will make this harder. In addition to the above mentioned workout in the morning. get a weight plate about 5-10 lbs and wrap your arms around it and do your crunches with it. This increaces resistance and the effects of the exercise. IF you experiance any pain or soreness of the back stop the workout immediatley, and wait a day or two then continue without the weight. If you have a gym membershp utilize the crunch machine and hit the pool/suana hard, you want to drop your fat as quickly as possible and start working the muscle under it. Also when watching tv do 30sec intervals of bridges durring the comercials only use the show itself as the break. Bridges are propping yourself up on your elbows and toes and tightening your stomach muscles and holding it. Use Couches to raise your legs for sit ups (burns and works upper abs harder) Also keep calorie intake at around 1000-1200 this ensures weight loss, the protein shakes and multi vitamin are to keep you from getting to weak. In the pool grab a noodle float wrap around back and do crunches in pool 3-d resistance will burn calories faster. Also take up light jogging. All of this combined will help on a 1-month crash course of workout and little eating, if hungry snack on nuts and fruit.
Hi I suggest you dance.when you come home from school put on your favorite songs and dance. Do it for an hour or if an hour is not long when it comes to dancing go longer. I also suggest drinking a good amount of water because dancing is like any other exercise. If you do it in front of a mirror you will see the gradual change. Stay away from starches (potatoes), sugar products, fatty meats, drink water as much as you can drink, keep moving to keep your energy burning off the excess weight.
The only *healthy* time frame you can lose 30 pounds would be 15 weeks, since i don't think it's healthy to lose more than 2 pounds a week. In the long-run (even in a few months), it will NOT be beneficial to exercise to the point of exhaustion or eat dramatically less than you're use to because it will slow your metabolism and the weight that you will lose at first will be mostly water weight. So you need to start off slow! It's the best way. I know this may sound cheesy but if you "easily" lose a lot of weight, it can just as "easily" be put back on if you don't make it your lifestyle to eat healthy and exercise. Just start simple and easy at first and you won't regret it, even if it will take a little while to adapt to. Good luck :)
