My hubby is trying get down to at least 26% of body fat and he is stuck at 29.9%, what kind of advise does?

Question:
anyone have? And he need to lose it by the middle of June.

Answers:
Our bodies are smart, we have a percentage of bodyfat that our bodies like to maintain in order to function. If we try to go below that your body will fight to keep it. Changes in diet need to occur. Is he eating enough food to lose weight? He'll find that the more healthy foods he eats the more he'll lose. To lose weight he can try keeping close track of calories (Fitday.com). To lose weight the basic formula is his bodyweight x 12. So if he weights 200 lbs he would need to eat 2400 (200 x 12)calories of healthy meals a day to lose weight. He can find out more about this by reading info posted at this sight. Goodluck!

Firstly start dieting, then daily brisk walk for 30mins or 2 kms. Then make sure that u do other exercises with weights. This works may be he'l loose some weight by the end of May by 2-3 kgs. If this dosent work plz mail me on itsme_shaggy@yahoo.co.in i wil send u a diet program to ur mail.

Exercise, cardio! If he exercise/work out first in the morning, he'll burn fat.

And take some caffeine before you exercise, it breaks down fat metabolism and gives you energy!

Cardio/Lifting power sets:

Hit the weights..choose one exercise for each major muscle group. Cardio warm up 20 mins. Do three sets ofyour first exercise, then do not rest, get immediately on cardio equipment for 5-10 minutes. After that, get right back to the next weightlifting exercise then back to cardio. Continue until session is complete. Tough work-out, BIG reward.
