Firstly start dieting, then daily brisk walk for 30mins or 2 kms. Then make sure that u do other exercises with weights. This works may be he'l loose some weight by the end of May by 2-3 kgs. If this dosent work plz mail me on itsme_shaggy@yahoo.co.in i wil send u a diet program to ur mail.
Exercise, cardio! If he exercise/work out first in the morning, he'll burn fat.
And take some caffeine before you exercise, it breaks down fat metabolism and gives you energy!

Hit the weights..choose one exercise for each major muscle group. Cardio warm up 20 mins. Do three sets ofyour first exercise, then do not rest, get immediately on cardio equipment for 5-10 minutes.
