The best diet for me is the SOUTHBEACH DIET.. it does not eliminate any of the food group and it is achievable!
But like any other diet or excerise program, the secret to success is discipline! strive to finish ur goal and be committed..

this diet does not require you to excercise but if u like to do so, the better.. =)

no diet is the best they all offer different crap. what i do is just eat good proportions nothing bigger than the palm of ur hand and no seconds.. oh and exercise

Atkins worked great for me. I found the low carb diet easy to be on. There is also lots of online support available. Recipes are numerous.

the best diet is eating 3 exceptional meals (such as: a meat, a vegetable and a food item from the bread group OR a meat and 2 vegetables). stay as far away from the sweets as you can. if you can't then excersise twice as hard and twice as long as you usually do. which brings me to the second part of my answer. exercising.. exercise once a day. do your crunches(lift both feet 6inches off the ground,keep the rest of ur body flat on the floor, then easily let it down.flex stomach muscles when you lift ur feet.),push-ups,leg lifts,bunch cruntches,and whatever else you think might help.

The best diet according to me is one that is rich in fruits and vegetables and low in processed foods. Foods rich in calcium like cheese and of course milk and orange juice are important to the diet as well.
Try limiting intake of saturated fat and instead choose foods rich in unsaturated fats like nuts- peanuts, walnuts,
almonds.Infact controlled clinical trials have shown that people are more likely to adhere to a diet that is filling (a diet rich in nuts, fruits, oils like olive oils- the mediterranean diet) and wholesome rather than a low-fat diet.
Try a diet that works for you and remember if has fiber, calcium and unsaturated fat its probably good for you!!
Don't worry too much indulging once in a while on ice-cream or fries. and yes don't forget to excercise!!
