Question: What is the minimum size (length and grith) of penis required to make any girl or woman pregnent?
Plz dont tell me that it varies, etc etc, i just want to know the exact size in Inches or centimeters.

Under normal circumstances, if the penis is big enough to get into the woman's vagina, that's big enough to get her pregnant.
But your friend should not lose sight of the fact that making a baby can be done, even when penis and vagina don't touch. As long as sperm and egg are near each other, like in a petri dish.a baby can get made. So sperm on someone's finger can touch vagina lips and sperm can swim up past any hymen and baby making could start.
And I've heard stories of girls with intact hymens getting pregnant this way, though I imagine that's pretty uncommon.
Oh, and it's not necessary to tear the hymen. It's not a solid wall across the vagina, or how would menstrual flow get out?

Penis size has nothing to do with the ability to impregnate a woman. As long as they have normal sperm production, and are able to ejaculate, you can get someone pregnant. (The sperm does need to make it into the vagina.)
