Wow, dude, you're pretty light lol. Anyway, it's best to do cardio exercises such as jogging, and maybe some muscle workouts, but don't rely on crunches/sit-ups. Many people say that it burns the fat in your stomach, which is false. As for eating, eat 3 or 4 times a day, cut out all snacks and make sure that you're not getting more than 30% of your calories from fat. I like rice and beans.good source of protein and carbs.

you dont need to lose weight, you are at a perfect height and weight for your age. crunches and other exercises are still good tho, and you should always eat healthy. go talk to your doctor if you think you should lose weight.how would you know if you are gay?

first of all, are u really overweight. best thing is for a doctor to tell you that. he could also give you a program to follow if you are overweight. I don't think it's possible to lose at that rate since you don't have much to lose anyway, unless you go to extremes and that would be unhealthy for you.You can always go vegan.. =) Sometimes I think about bringing myself to do that but it's hard. I just watch the amount of meat I eat. Don't snack, but eat plenty during regular meals, that's the best way to maintain a healthy weight.
And they're always saying there are just simple easy ways to stay healthy without going to the extremes, walk instead of taking the bus, etc.

sweety, personally your to young to diet. Your weight and height shouldnt be an issue. You just need to stay healthy. You can walk daily, and eat fresh fruit and vegtables and anything baked, and yougurt is really good for you too. Soccer is a good form of excercise, as well as playing basketball and cheerleading. If this is just pressure from your friends to lose weight, then don't do it. Be yourself. Worry about things like that when you grow up to be my age (39). just work out normally and simply cut out any bad food choices like junk food. eat normal sized healthy meals.just cutting out junk alone, for many Americans , is all they need. cuz some are so used to lots of chips n fast food all the time. cuz out sugar. no sodas, or candy/cake/cookies.just that alone , if you were previously doing it, works. :) My problem is doritos, and potato chips, im addicted, so just not eating those, im fine.
