this is a bench pressing question i can lift 150 benchpress?


Question:
for a few months ive only been Bench pressing and doing limited weights with freeweights. and also doing in a sitting motion taking the big long bar with about 80 pounds on it to my chest with my nuckles facing me all the way to my lap. i can do that ALOT, my question, will muscles come out nicely defined, if you are spending most of the time bench pressing and all the other time doing the weight training i said above. I can lift 150 pounds on bench and do it for awhile 6 sets or more. i dont over exentuate or do it to a point that my muscles start to hurt alot or "over workout"
