The best age to have children is 24. At that time college is out of the way, you have a set job and your "grown" enough to take care of them. At a younger age, you still want to party and hang out, and you have your education. This age gives you the chance to settle in and enjoy them.Source(s):

If you have been having your cycles regularly for a while and are over 18 (meaning that your body is fully mature and ready to accomadate a dependant life), and you are healthy. Then now is probably a good age. I had my first at 18 and 2nd at 20. Health is the big issue. I pray that you also have a loving husband to help you with your decisions as he will be much needed.
