Fruits,vegetahles,whole grains and legumes,are very filling because they are high in fiber,protein is also very hunger satiating,and will keep you full longer,BUT FAT is the most superior for keeping you full because it satisfys the appetite very quickly.This is why you should add a tablespoon of healthy fats like olive oil or flaz to your meals.Vegetables and fruits fill you up without adding allot of calories.
