I have bulky thighs, my quads are huge, wot can I do?
I am a dancer and need strength but not size, wot excercise will burn fat and tone the back of my legs with out building my thighs even huger?
How often is a human SUPPOSED to have a bowel movement?

i would try to tone. if you really want it. um.. leg lifts. or crunches that include your legs. "V ups" are amazing. my question for you.. what kinda dancer are you?
