I have two holes in the head of my thing is it normal?

Question: I'm a virgin male 23 years old I have two holes in the head of my thing up each other one work and do the stuff and the another one can't do anything just a hole so is it just me or it is normal and many people same if it is just me is that danger or not.
Please help me to know.
