Jack and coke

a glas of worm milk always helps, a glass of red wine, or a beer :)

Just lie there and try to sleep. You'll fall asleep eventually.

try a warm bath and some tylonol

The worst thing you can do when you're having trouble sleeping is lay in bed! Get up and do something quiet, preferrably with low light!

Your mind is probably thinking of too many things. Try reading a boring book or turn on CSPAN or something like that to get your mind unfocused.

Take 2 tylenols and read a book or a magazine.

I now the feeling..

melatonine..but don't take it too late otherwise you feel so groggy the day after.

Smoke a big fat bong load of some good chronic.here you go.*cough*cough*

My mother told me about this. it is used by therapists. Roll your eyes one direction over and over until your eyes feel tired. It stops your mind from racing and thinking so you can sleep. Best Wishes!

i don't have a clue what that "worm milk" that other girl is talking about and that's just weird. i always have the same issue as you are though, nightly. i'm tired all day, can't sleep at night. so i'm lucky if i get 4 a night on average. if you find anything let me know lol

You know what, I've tried every trick in the book when it comes to trying to fall asleep even though I'm so tired and nothing works, you just have to stay up or lay there till your tired, they say try reading or getting up and getting a drink or something, but really all you can do is wait till you can't take it no more and you'll fall asleep when your ready..I'm like that now, I'm exhausted but I can't sleep, I'm sure the light from this computer screen doesn't help but hey, I need something to do since i can't sleep..lol..bye

There is an herb you can buy at your local wal-mart .It's called melatonin 3mg .It says on the back of the bottle supports healthy sleep pattern.the body naturally releases melatonin in response to changes in light ,with melatonin level rising at night. it is in this way that melatonin helps promote sleep.I take one tablet every night about 20 minutes before bed and I lay there and relax and the next thing I no I'm staring to get sleep . If I don't take it, it's very hard for my mind to shut down enough to go to sleep.
