Answers:
you may have stress problems that restrict your sleep..
Here are some things that can help you get a better nights sleep.
1. Limit daily intake of caffeine especially after 6 pm.
2. Try to avoid watching TV and hour before bed, if your mind is too stimulated it can keep you awake.
3. Drink enough water during the day, preferably half your body weight in ounces. Water is a metabolism regulator, if yours is stable you will sleep better.
4. Try to exercise 3-5 times a week, when you sleep your body rebuilds itself, so exercising will allow the body to make you tired by emitting chemicals that allow you to get more restful sleep.
5. Try to relax about an hour before bed, limit stimulation to your brain, meditate, read relaxing material, listen to soothing music.
6. One of the best natural treatments for sleep deprivation is lavender extract. Some people dont like it but you put a few drops on your pillow and you will be out like a light.
Regardless of your other issues you have going, some which you may have little control over such as stress, these are small things you can control that can help you sleep better.

Maybe. Perhaps you just aren't tiring yourself out during the day. Do you do much physical activity? If not, go for a run sometime in the evening. It will tire you out.
Another issue could be your intake of protein/caffeine. Don't take these things before bed.
Try a caffeine/protein free evening plan, and if that fails see a physician.
how do i get rid of smelling feet?
Nah, how old are you? I used to have the same problem in my early teen years.. I just asked my parents to buy some sleeping meds like Pain Releiver PM that put me to sleep.. helps a lot. But take the pills like 2 hours before you want to go to sleep.I had the beginning of a route canal today .I am taking Motrin but it still hurts any suggestions?
i do that too, i have my whole life. i take valerian and 5htp before i go to bed (neither of those are typos). or you can try taking melatonin. all are safe. melatonin take no more than 3 miligrams. valerian 100mg, 5htp 50 mg. you are oversleeping though. you can straighten out your sleep schedule by staying away for 20 hours straight, then go to sleep at 9 pm. you should fall asleep, wake up at six and continue. your body will straighten out the rest. i cant fall asleep cause i have alot on my mind. try melatoninwhat causes men to make their dick hard?
I have the same problem, but I've found two solutions : stop smoking weed before going to bed (it really helped a lot, but if you don't smoke.), get a night job( I discovered that I have no problem to sleep during the day)What is it about peanut oil that causes people to have allergies to it?
Meybe. I've struggled with sleep problems since I was 6, and all the tossing and turning turned out to be a melatonin deficincy. Melatonin supplements should help, give 'em a try. You could also try a routine before bed, like reading a magazine to 'wind down'. A shower can be pretty relaxing as well. A lot of times trouble falling asleep is from stress of things going on during the day, so you can also try and figure out whats stressing you out and try and eliminate that. If you still have trouble sleeping, let a doc know and you can probably get a sleep aid. Good luck!i have problem's sleeping to my doctor said that i was to stressed out and he gave me some sleeping pills to take but they don't help either he said if they don't help then he will have to do a ct scan of the brain.
How can I remove, not disguise, the discoloration from a bruise by my eye?
You just need exercise. If you reach your target heart rate every day for twenty minutes, you'll sleep great. Your body will have "earned" its rest.It helps to force yourself to get up at the same time every day. No sleeping in, or you mess it up worse.
You don't have a sleeping disorder apparent to me. I'm not a doctor. If you feel it's urgent enough, go see one. He may tell you what I just did. And I'm not charging you!
