well it completely depends on who he is. if long hair suits him n makes him look hot then good.. if short hair suits him better then its short hair.. u can't generalise here. i mean u wont fall in love with a guy cuz he had long hair n u like long hair.. he might just be someone with short hair but he may be so hot that u couldn't help falling for him.. and if he has long hair , he should know how to carry it and take care of it rather than make it look messy and dirty.. that would be truly repulsive..
